Investigating - Dear customer,

unfortunately the carrier's API is unavailable again and we are currently not able to create Royal Mail labels.
We reached out to the carrier again and waiting for them to resolve the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience on behalf of Royal Mail.

Hermes DE Tracking not operational
Resolved - Service responsible for consuming Hermes DE tracking updates has stopped working on 25.04.
Issue has been recognised and resolved. All the missing updates will show in our systems within 2-4 hours.
Additional monitoring and alerts will be setup as an outcome of this incident.
