From Saturday to Sunday, April 12, 2026, between 00:00 and 8:00 AM CEST, Inpost will be performing critical updates to their core network infrastructure within the InPost Data Center.
As a result, almost all hosted Inpost applications, services and creating new parcels for InPost Group will be temporarily unavailable.
What will work:
- Despite this interruption, the clients will still be able to collect prepaid packages from Paczkomat® devices using a pickup code or QR code.
- Previously retrieved information about parcels with pickup codes/QR code in the InPost Mobile App will remain visible.
What will not work:
- All hosted applications, services and creating new parcels will be temporarily unavailable.
- Sending parcels at the Paczkomat® devices and PUDO will not be possible.
- PUDO applications will not be available.
- The ILS system, Admin Console and Limur applications will be unavailable during this period.
- InPost Pay, InPost Pay and Uni Credit onboarding process.
- InPost Out Of The Box online shop, InPost Fresh.
- Remote collection via InPost Mobile application of parcels placed in the Paczkomat®.
- Parcel creation, label generation, and parcel placement at the Paczkomat® Parcel Locker via ShipX, Global API, Global API Gateway, PL API Gateway, Rest API Szybkie Zwroty, APIv2; APIv4; Trucker, Web-Trucker, Quick Send (Szybkie Nadania), Offline Integrations, Quick Returns (Szybkie Zwroty), InPost Mobile App; Parcel Manager will not be possible.
- Creation of parcels for the Paczkomat® and collection points (POP/PaczkoPunkt) as well as courier parcels.
- Sending parcels without a label and processing quick returns in Paczkomat® devices.
- Generation of return codes for Allegro parcels.
- The dispatch of SMS, email, and Push notifications regarding pickup codes, etc., will be suspended.
- Payment for parcels on delivery.
- Parcel redirection.
- ICRA apps will not be accessible for the period of this change.
- ICLA app will be unavailable.
- The InPost main websites will be in maintenance mode during this time.
- CC Proxy (Voice & Chat bot for customer service) will not be available.
- COD & Cashflow - users will not be able to perform actions on the COD or Cashflow UI, and no transfers to customers will be processed. The branch cash register module will be non-operational, and couriers will be unable to settle through cash deposit machines or at the branch.
- GoCouriers and SkillBox will be unavailable.
Please note that this maintenance information is only relevant if you are using the carrier InPost, all other carriers remain unaffected.
