Dear Customers,

We are currently experiencing degraded performance in the availability of tracking updates within our Analytics tool (7S Portal).
Carrier tracking events received during the periods 2026-06-02 10:00 and 2026-06-03 10:30 are not yet visible in Analytics.
We have identified the root cause and are reprocessing the affected data.

We expect all missing tracking events to be fully available in Analytics by 10:30 today.

Please note that if you are consuming tracking data directly through our SQS or Tracking API you are not affected by this issue and continue to receive data as expected.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide another update once the issue has been fully resolved.
