On 21 October 2026 the PHP project disclosed critical security vulnerabilities affecting all PHP versions in use across the industry. We are applying the vendor security updates and additional hardening across our platform. https://www.php.net/archive/2026.php#2026-10-21-5
We do not expect any downtime, because the updates roll out service by service. During the window you may notice brief delays in API responses or on tracking pages while services restart. Requests that fail during a restart can be retried safely.
Known impact: file uploads. As part of this work we are adding stricter protection at the network edge, and some file uploads may not work while it is in place. If an upload fails, please retry later or contact support. We will update this notice once uploads work normally again.
No action is needed on your side. We will update this notice when the maintenance is complete.
