We have just received confirmation from Colissimo/La Poste that the issue has been resolved and their systems are stable again. This aligns with our own observations, as label requests have been working successfully for the past 30 minutes.

We sincerely apologize once again, on behalf of our partner, for any inconvenience this may have caused.
