Monitoring

Colissimo/La Poste has implemented a fix, and we can see that labels have been generating without any issues again for about 20 minutes. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Identified

We are currently experiencing issues with label creation for the Colissimo carrier. The issue originates from the Colissimo API. We have contacted the carrier and are monitoring the situation closely. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
