The issue has been resolved, and label creation is now working as expected again.
The root cause was an unannounced change in the carrier’s routing file.

We are currently experiencing issues generating Bartolini labels due to an issue with the routing file. We are in contact with BRT and are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. As soon as the issue is resolved, we will provide an update. We apologize and thank you for your understanding.
