We want to inform you that between 11:08 and 11:42, we encountered an issue with the Post AT carrier's API. This technical problem on the carrier's end temporarily disrupted the creation of return labels. The API has been stable since 11:42, and normal service has resumed. On behalf of Post AT, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
